Shlagel farms has developed a program for group tours to help educate and give a fun farm experience to children and the adults who accompany them. Our focus is to give a better understanding of how food gets from our fields to your table. We also emphasize safety on the farm, sharing our world with animals and taking care of our natural resources. The learning environment is interactive on a fun wagon ride through the fields, a stroll through the petting zoo, and a pumpkin picking experience, during which there are many opportunities for asking questions.

We welcome children of all ages and skill levels and we will happily adjust to varied learning needs. We can also cover specific topic ideas based on teacher recommendations.
