This home dates back to the 1880s and was built by the Improved Order of Heptasophs (Greek for "seven wise men"). The building was later used as a dance hall. The ghost who haunts the place is believed to be from that time period, and has been seen wearing a suit and playing the piano.

This theater dates back to 1915 and was once a vaudeville and movie house that operated until 1973. In 1974, it was destroyed in a fire and rebuilt. It is believed to be haunted by an early manager, whose daughters claimed to encounter her father's ghost here. Voices and other strange noises and feelings have also been reported here.
