This bridge was built in 1865 and is rumored to be haunted by ghostly slaves. Some say if you enter the bridge, you'll see their bodies hanging from the rafters. Others say this story isn't true, as the bridge was built after the end of slavery and the Civil War. A ghostly woman has also been spotted walking along the bridge wearing old-fashioned clothing.

13 loop rope

I went onto this bridge with a friend who could see and sense spirits. When we stopped on the bridge he started choking and said I needed to get him out of there, that he felt a 13 loop rope around his neck. when we got to a lighted area rope burns were seen around his neck. I went back there about 3 weeks ago and they have since then placed cameras on each side of the bridge with signs to not loiter or stop on the bridge.

Never seen a thing.

Lived in the area for 26 years and have been to this location many times. Summer, fall, winter, day and night. I’m still yet to see or feel anything.
