This U.S. Coast Guard Ship is the only surviving combat ship from Pearl Harbor. It was attacked by kamikaze pilots 119 times during World War II and is believed to be haunted by former crewman. Haunting reports here include apparitions, footsteps, voices, including through the ship's PA system, which is no longer in operation. The site has also been investigated by TV's Ghost Hunters due to its haunting stories.

Haunted for sure

I was a former crew member while it was stationed on the west coast. Several times while in port and out to sea, I experienced feelings of not being alone while in several of our spaces. I was a Gunner’s Mate and often heard talking in the magazines while being alone. Some of the weapons department storerooms gave you a feeling of someone else with you. I returned to Taney in 2018 with my 38 year old daughter to visit . It is a ship everyone should experience.
