Built in 1797, this ship is said to be haunted by a number of ghosts. The spirits include that of Neil Harvey, who was executed when he left his assigned station at his gun in fear during a 1799 battle with the French, Captain Thomas Truxtun, who has been seen wearing old-fashioned Navy uniform, Carl Hansen, the ship's watchman until 1965, an 11-year-old surgeon’s assistant who was stabbed to death by two sailors; and a sailor who hanged himself on board, who hovers around the gun and forecastle decks.

Reviews
Hi-
My great great grandfather was one of the captains of the ship.
I have a portrait of him. If we move it, the painting will return to original spot. He also appears to smile at me on occasions.
