Vampire Manor was started in 1989 as a fund raiser for the newly formed Charles County Dive Rescue team. The 1st Vampire Manor was held in Indian Head in 1989. We moved to Waldorf for 3 years from 1990-1992. From 1993-1997 we moved again to a location in LaPlata.
In 1998 we opened the new Manor at its current location in Bel Alton. Vampire Manor is owned and operated by Charles County Dive Rescue, Inc.
All proceeds go to benefit non-profit organizations including; Charles County Dive Rescue Inc. (Company 13), the Bel Alton Volunteer Fire Department (Company 10), and drama programs at some of the local county high schools, who provided many of the volunteer actors.

This my 3rd years going, this time around it was just my boyfriend and myself. It was great. We were able to have the full experience by ourselves and I can tell you, we had a great time screaming and laughing.

This was really good and I love hearing that the recruits were from a lot of the schools in the area.
Felt it’s more the kids. Had a good time overall.

I went last year, and just found this! Really amazing! I can’t wait for the new year coming up in only 3 weeks! I really hope that my boyfriend will go with me! Last year we went, and if you go on thursdays there is basically no line, I would recommend going on a Thursday or Friday, Saturdays are horrible with lines. But whatever day works for you, it’s worth the wait! Definitely scary, the acts were amazing, and so well thought out and put together. The rooms didn’t go together so it gave more of an experience, and that was amazing. There no touching and that’s good for me. There’s definitely no cussing or any sexual stuff so definitely for families with children. If you are closterphobic, no need to worry, there is only one thing that made me closterphobic and there’s another way to get in, so definitly don’t worry about that. There are a lot and I mean A LOT of jump scares, but it’s very fun and well put together. I loved my experience, can’t wait for this 2018 year! ??

we really enjoyed the people where amazing i would tell a lot of people to vist here its up to them not to but i ,loved it me my mother and my 3 kids and mother
the age 9,6,5,24,38 ill vist again this weekend

Overall it was ok. The only part I didn't like was the long line. It was about an hour and a half waiting in line. So by time I got to the house I was ready to go home.
