This theater dates back to 1915 and was once a vaudeville and movie house that operated until 1973. In 1974, it was destroyed in a fire and rebuilt. It is believed to be haunted by an early manager, whose daughters claimed to encounter her father's ghost here. Voices and other strange noises and feelings have also been reported here.

  • My sister use to dance there

SO my sister who was maybe 12 year old went to dance at the Maryland theater an I was sitting around 3rd row and I swear I saw a black shadow standing in the 2nd row in a corner staring at the dancers. After that my sister got off the stage and told me she heard or man calling for someone until this day I'm still going there.
