Town Hall - Williamsport - Real Haunts in Williamsport MD

One of the ghosts that is said to haunt this town hall building is that of a former employee, "Bus" Seymore, who has been heard typing upstairs. Another is a young girl who sits in the conference room and has a thing for flashlights. Disembodied footsteps have been reported here as well.
